So, communication was far better than other sellers, however the fact that the part was not shipped with any kind of packing peanuts or bubble wrap was a stupid mistake. Showed up almost completely shattered and had to be recast just to be mounted properly. Seller also said they would help get the cost of shipping refunded for broken item, did not get back in touch with me. Will not purchase parts through them ever again
